Amazon swords like lots of light for 10-12 hours per day. PLEASE NOTE it is common for leaves to melt upon placement in a new environment. If this happens simply cut the leaves of and allow time for plant to regrow. Amazon swords require nutrient supplements and will benefit from additional Co2.
