Cryptocoryne Lutea

This a slow growing and easy to care for plant. Sprouts beautiful wavy leaves. It’s commonly planted together in bundles. This plant does like lots of iron, high calcium, and does not like to be moved. PLEASE NOTE it is common for all Crytocorynes to “melt” when placed in a new home. Do not panic, this is normal and the best thing to do is to provide the plant time to come back. This plant can be grown in or out of the water, however when switching the plant will melt and come back. We recommend planting in a nutrient rich substrate to help promote growth. CO2 is not necessary but will help plant to reach its full potential.
